We will be sending you a confirmation email subject to your payment being cleared. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an information pack outlining the full details of your trip along with a questionnaire that we would like you to fill out regarding your photography experience, any dietary or other requirements we need to know about and your personal travel insurance details.

Cancellation policy – please read carefully
Cancellations are effective only on receipt of written notification. If a booking is cancelled prior to eight weeks before departure, the Client forfeits his/her deposit. If the booking is cancelled less than eight weeks before departure, the Company shall retain the full deposit and a cancellation fee will be payable by the Client as follows:

  • 55 - 29 days: deposit plus 25% of total fare
  • 28 - 22 days: 50% of total fare
  • 21 - 14 days: 75% of total fare
  • 13 - 0 days: 100% of total fare
