Michelle is now residing in St Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal's most charming little coastal town.
St Lucia and neighbouring iSimangaliso Wetland Park are home to South Africa's largest hippo population (800!), while two thousand crocodiles and a host of birds, snakes and butterflies make up some of the region's other residents.
Needless to say, activities in and around St Lucia are centred around its diverse animal life. Popular trips include hippo & croc boat cruises, birdwatching tours, deep-sea fishing charters, whale watching tours (seasonal) and exciting game drives.
